The 41-point checklist
Most cleaners won't tell you what they actually do. Here's our list.
Same checklist every visit. We don't skip steps when we're running late, and we don't pad the list to feel thorough.
Kitchen
- Wipe down all countertops, edges, and backsplashes
- Clean exterior of all appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
- Clean stovetop, drip pans, and grates
- Hand-clean inside of microwave
- Polish sink and faucet to a streak-free shine
- Wipe cabinet fronts, handles, and base
- Empty and reline trash and recycling
- Sweep, vacuum, and damp-mop floors
- Wipe high-touch surfaces (light switches, drawer pulls)
- Clean small appliances (toaster, coffee maker)
Bathrooms
- Scrub and disinfect tubs, showers, and tile grout
- Clean and polish glass doors and shower hardware
- Disinfect toilet inside, outside, base, and behind
- Polish mirrors and chrome fixtures streak-free
- Wipe vanities, drawers, and cabinet fronts
- Restock paper goods if visible supply is low
- Empty and reline trash
- Sweep and damp-mop floors
- Wipe baseboards within line of sight
Bedrooms
- Make beds with fresh linens (or remake existing linens with crisp hospital corners)
- Dust nightstands, dressers, headboards, and lamps
- Wipe inside windowsills and frames within reach
- Vacuum all carpets including under-bed accessible areas
- Empty and reline trash
- Wipe high-touch surfaces (light switches, door handles)
Living Areas
- Dust all furniture, shelves, and decor (top down)
- Vacuum upholstery and under cushions
- Wipe TV and electronics screens with appropriate cloth
- Wipe coffee, side, and console tables
- Vacuum and damp-mop floors as appropriate to surface
- Tidy and align throw pillows and blankets
- Wipe baseboards within line of sight
Common Areas & Whole Home
- Dust ceiling fan blades and light fixtures within reach
- Wipe interior doors, frames, and handles
- Wipe all light switches and outlet covers
- Vacuum stairs and treads
- Spot-clean walls for visible marks
- Wipe entryway surfaces and shoe area
- Refresh and align furniture as cleaning proceeds
- Take 'before & after' photos for your summary
- Final walk-through and inspection

First Reset vs Recurring Reset
How they fit together.
Required for new members. The baseline reset that gets your home to our standard — typically takes 30–50% longer than a recurring visit. Everything that follows is calibrated against it.
Same checklist, dialed-in pace, same cleaner. Weekly, biweekly, or monthly — set it once and we keep the rhythm. Cancel by text anytime.

We're a reset service, not a renovation crew. If your home needs any of the below, we'll happily refer you to a specialist.
- Post-construction debris cleanup
